Organic Methods
We are a regenerative farm, located in Newton, NJ, practicing organic methods to restore soil health and support biodiversity. We are rooted in stewardship and community, guided by seasonal rhythms and a commitment to cultivating resilient ecosystems.
Sustainably-Grown
We cultivate a carefully chosen selection of unique, rare, and culturally diverse vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers, grown with attention to flavor and resilience. In addition to fresh produce, we craft small-batch natural marshmallows and hand-made preserves that highlight the farm’s harvests and traditional flavors. Whether you’re sourcing specialty ingredients, seasonal bouquets, or thoughtful gifts, WhiteStall Farm provides sustainably grown goods.

Sustainable growing!
WhiteStall Farm follows thoughtful, sustainable growing practices that prioritize flavor, resilience, and biodiversity. The farm cultivates a carefully selected mix of rare and culturally diverse vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers chosen for their ability to thrive naturally while offering something unique to the community. Harvests are enjoyed fresh and are also crafted into small-batch natural marshmallows and handmade preserves, helping extend the season and reduce waste while honoring traditional foodways. Each product reflects a hands-on approach, deep respect for the land, and a commitment to producing high-quality goods.
